Pecan Pie

3 tbsp soy flour                          
5 tbsp cornstarch                        
¾ c. soy milk
1 c. maplesyrup
¼ tsp sea salt
½ c. turbinado sugar
¼ c. canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
9 inch baked pie crust
Blend all filling ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring while moisture thickens. Pour into a baked pie crust. Arrange 1 c. pecan halves in a single layer on top of the pie.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
