½ cup butter
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/8 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together and pat into pie pan.
Prick bottom and bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Let cool.
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 c. fruit juice
3 oz. unflavored gelatin or jello of choice
Boil sugar and juice together until clear. Add the gelatin and stir until it is dissolved.
Mix in a bowl with 1 qt, fresh fruit (peaches, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, or blueberries) and add to the cooled pie shell.
Refrigerate until firm and top with whipped topping.
