Cornflake Roast

Ingredients:

4 cups cornflakes
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup pecan, chopped
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
2 cups milk
1 T. chicken seasoning
1/4 cup oil

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased pyrex dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serves 8-10
