1 large onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 T oil
2 T Chicken-like seasoning
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup raw oats
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup nuts, chopped
2 cups soy meat or gluten, sliced thin
1/2 cup asparagus juice (from canned asparagus - the secret for bringing out turkey flavor)
1/2 cup sour cream
Brown oinions and celery in the oil.
Add the chicken- like seasoning
Beat eggs well and add.
Add rolled oats
Add remaining ingredients and mix well, making sure the cottage cheese in all through the mix.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Slice thin and serve over Bread dressing.
Cover with your favorite gravy and enjoy!
