Scrambled Tofu
This recipe is from Pastor Steve Cook!

Ingredients:
1 - 12-14 oz pkg Tofu
2 - tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 - teaspoon onion powder
1 - teaspoon garlic powder
1 - tablespoon Braggs Aminos or celery salt to taste
1/4 - teaspoon Tumeric (this gives the tofu it's yellow color)
1/4 - cup finely chopped onions
You can also add any other finely chopped vegetables you wish

Directions:
Put 1-2 tablespoons oil in pan on low to medium heat.  Put tofu in frying pan and crumble with a fork.  Add all the other ingredients and saute' the mixture until water is largely boiled away.
