Fruit Toast

Spread a "very thin"  layer of natural peanut butter on toast. (Whole grain has more fiber & nutrients.)
Mash a ripe banana, spread on top of peanut butter
Sprinkle on fresh or frozen (partially thawed) fruit
Note: our favorite is raspberries and blueberries, taken from the freezer just as we begin breakfast.
The banana keeps the fruit from falling off and adds more sweetness too!

Helpful hint: ... the peanut butter sweetens but may be omitted to further reduce fat intake.
