In a nut grinder or coffee grinder process the following:
Flax seed
Walnuts
Pumpkin seed
Sunflower seed
Seed or nut of your choice - raw and unsalted

Do any quantity you want. Mix together and sprinkle on a good whole grain ceral. Omega-3 in abundance! Grind as fine as you like and store in the refrigerator. Note: the flax seed must be ground well to digest properly. The nuts and other seeds can be more coarse if you like.
