Quick Salsa

Ingredients: 

1 ½ chopped tomatoes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 ½ tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
¼ tsp salt
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1 ½ tsp sweet basil
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
 
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse briefly, leaving vegetables chunky.
 
2. Enjoy with your favorite chips.
